No Face Mask Day Challenge?

What is your opinion regarding this picture? I personally think that the statement "No Face Mask Day Challenge" should be replace with a suitable words. The intention of the writer is good, but he delivers the word in a wrong way which can lead to misunderstandings for the reader.

Let' see. COVID-19 is ain't a joke. The Covid-19 epidemic is something like sepsis: the reaction by the media and government is likely to produce more harm to societies around the globe than the virus, possibly for many years to come.
Also, the virus can spread from person-to-people. By now, we are familiar with how the virus spreads. If you're infected and cough, clear your throat or even speak, you may potentially spread the virus to someone that's nearby.

Why wear a face mask?
Wearing a face mask will help prevent the spread of infection and prevent the individual from contracting any airborne infectious germs. When someone coughs, talks, sneezes they could release germs into the air that may infect others nearby. Face masks are part of an infection control strategy to eliminate cross-contamination.

It is not about masks. People should throw or dispose their mask in a proper ways.
It should be "No Littering Day Challenge" NOT "No Face Mask Day Challenge", I guess☺
